At Ivory Lutherie I have created a short scale monster bass called the K29. This bass has the guts and punch needed without all the additional weight and bulk.  Use of Nordstrand active tone controls and pickup enables the user to dial in that clarity and punch to make you stand out !

Standard features on K29 series:

- AAAA Flamed or Quilted Maple top veneer

- Lightweight Swamp Ash, Honduran Mahogany, or Sapele body. 1.75" thick

- Single piece Honduran Mahogany neck with double action truss rod and carbon graphite inserts for stability.

- Indian Rosewood or Macassar Ebony fretboard with 28 Dunlop 6150 jumbo frets, or fretless with maple fret markers, either with a 29.4" scale.

- Optional binding on body face\back, neck, and headstock. Ivoroid, Tortise, Black\White\Cream plastic or solid wood available (flamed maple, pomelle Sapele).

- Nordstrand 3B-3 (3 band )Active controls.

- Nordstrand Pickup MM5.4 (5 string), MM4.4 (4 string)

- Schaller Bridge (Hipshot available)

- Sperzel tuners in satin or polished chrome. Standard or locking version available.

- Includes custom Cedar Creek with plush velour interior.
